At Prana Fit our goal is to provide balanced fitness strategies so you can achieve your own personal fitness goals and well being in the most comfortable and efficient way possible
We offer an array of personal training services as well as health club consulting, personal coaching and home fitness center design. Our on location personal training makes it easy to commit to your weight loss and fitness goals since we bring the exercises right to your home, office or preferred workout location. Whether you have exercise equipment or not, we can create the environment to ensure your success.
In addition to our traditional personal training services for body fat and weight loss, we also specialize in youth personal training for sports performance, corrective exercise to help with those aches and pains, and pre & postnatal exercise to get you through your pregnancy and back to your desired weight.

Erik Fredrickson
As a mother of 3 and a fitness lover, Sara knows the importance
of life balance and exercise. She strives to help her clients meet their goals and set new ones. She is NASM certified swell as trained in pre and post natal fitness. For the past 13 years she has been helping mothers reveal their full fitness potential.
Erik Fredrickson is a speaker, author, and NASM-CPT and has been coaching and consulting for over 25 years. His essays and opinions have been included in a variety of publications from Forbes to Runner’s World. In addition to being a certified personal trainer for over 25 years, Erik holds certificate specializations as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Neuromuscular Stretching, and Positional Isometrics. He is recognized as an IDEA Master Trainer and speaks around the world on topics of fitness and well-being in the workplace. Erik volunteers his time as chair of the Parrish Art Museum business council and was elected to the Board of Education for Springs School, a member of the New York State School Boards Association. He values authentic communication, commitment to helping others and enjoys a wide range of activities from paddle boarding to strength training. Erik lives in East Hampton, NY with his supportive wife and three loving children.
