Sara Fredrickson
Sara Fredrickson is a certified NASM personal trainer with over 15 years of experience helping women—especially mothers—reclaim their strength, confidence, and fitness potential. As a mother of three herself, Sara understands firsthand the importance of balancing family life withself-care and movement. She specializes in pre- and postnatal fitness and is passionate about guiding clients through every stage of their wellness journey. Whether you’re rebuilding after pregnancy or striving toward new personal goals, Sara brings a supportive, motivating approach that helps clients push past limits and build lasting habits.
Her philosophy is simple: when you move well, you live
well—and she’s here to help make that possible.

Erik Fredrickson
Erik Fredrickson is a nationally credentialed certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT), author, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience in fitness, coaching, and consulting. His insights on movement, performance, and well-being have been featured in publications including Forbes and Runner’s World. Erik holds advanced credentials across a wide range of specializations: Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement,Youth and Senior Fitness, Weight Loss, Fitness Nutrition, Neuromuscular Stretching, and Positional Isometrics. Recognized as an IDEA Master Trainer, he frequently speaks on workplace wellness and sustainable health practices for all stages of life.
Beyond fitness, Erik is a dedicated community contributor—
whether coaching youth sports, serving on business councils, or participating in educational initiatives. He values honest communication, practical results, and the power of movement to transform lives. Outside the gym, you’ll find him paddleboarding, strength training, or spending time with his wife and three children in East Hampton, NY.
