Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic massage addresses the underlying causes of dysfunction.

Orthopedic massage addresses the underlying causes of dysfunction as opposed to merely "massaging the tight spot."

It is an effective tool to use in the treatment of chronic pain. It helps restore balance and symmetry, improving range of motion and reducing stress related wear on the joints and surrounding tissue. Maintaining the form and function of the musculoskeletal system reduces the likelihood of trauma and injury by allowing the forces from either sport or occupational activity to pass through the body as opposed to causing tissue damage.
