How long does it take to get results?

An effective program can give you results the very first day you exercise.  You may notice an immediate increase in flexibility, strength, and the feeling of being taller, that is to say, better posture.

Other results you may be concerned with may deal with weight or other aesthetic concerns.  While these will not occur in the very first day, you can feel and see results by the end of the first week.  More noticeable results will occur over time and depend on how often you exercise, the type of exercise, and your diet, among some other things.
