What does Prana Fit mean?

Prana (pronounced Prah-Nah, prāNa) is a Sanskrit word meaning 'breath' and is understood as the vital, life-sustaining force of living beings and the vital energy in all natural processes of the universe. It is a central concept in Eastern medicine and Yoga where it is understood to flow through a network of fine subtle channels called nadi. In China it is known as Chi, in Japan as Ki, in Polynesia as Mana. Its proper flow in our bodies assures their healthy state.

Fit is the state or condition of being physically sound and healthy, especially as the result of exercise and proper nutrition. It is also the capability of the body to distribute inhaled oxygen to muscle tissue during increased physical effort. To be fit is to be in a state of general mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
